Joseph Fritzen has 21 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in every court level throughout New Jersey. Mr. Fritzen received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College in 1991, where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. Mr. Fritzen then attended Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and received a Juris Doctorate in 1994.
Prior to admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars, Mr. Fritzen gained invaluable experience as a judicial intern for the Hon. Kenneth C. McKenzie, Presiding judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity part. Mr. Fritzen worked closely with the Judge on motions, orders to show cause, trials, and legal research.
After graduation, Mr. Fritzen entered private practice and he has spent 20 years concentrating on general litigation including personal injury, family law, commercial litigation, employment discrimination and wrongful termination claims, municipal court and criminal matters.
